“Bought the system for an elderly family member. Two days after installation of the system, the person did fell out of the bed, and couldn’t get up and answer the phone and machine. In a record time, an ambulance was there in front of the house and thankfully the person wasn’t hurt. Would recommend that system to everybody dealing with an elderly family member. D.C”

“Recently my mom had to use the service for the first time. You all called me to let Me know help was on the way for her. The only issue I had was when I called back the service to see if they could relay a message to who they had contacted it took me a long time to reach someone. I was a little disappointed about that however the service worked and helped her when she needed it.”

“We bought the Duo package for our 94-year-old mom. She had a different device previously so all of the options that came with this were a bit intimidating for her at first. But after a week or so and a lot of explaining things to her several times, she now wears the fall protection button all of the time and has decided that wearing the mobile one on a belt around her waist is a fashion statement that she wears whenever when leaving the house. So all is good! We have been very pleased with the fast customer service and apologize for all of the false alarms we've sent getting the devices set up. But at least we know how great it is!”
