“Last Saturday evening I attached the key lockbox to the back doorknob. The following evening paramedics found me in a hypoglycemic coma on my kitchen floor! Before dawn Monday I was home from the ER and enjoying the dinner I had placed in the microwave just before I collapsed! Two weeks previous I had collapsed in a hyponatremic coma. I was blest that time to be found outside by a piano student who called 911. This incident prompted me to get Mobile Help, which saved my life! I'll never be without them again!”

“Had our first incident that turned out to be false alarm. Two issues I need feedback on. First, they contacted my wife who is supposed to be fourth person contacted. The neighbor across the street should have been first. Second none of the contacts were given feedback on the incident so they experienced unnecessary angst not knowing what had happened or was it resolved.”
