They even corresponded with me via phone calls and email when we were trying to make decisions on what to purchase for our mother. “Although my family member is just a new customer of MobileHelp, the ease of setting up the system was very easy. As instructed, I contacted MobileHelp to complete the setup and the individual handling it was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I was totally impressed with his assistance! If the operation of the system is handled in the same manor, my family member and myself will be completely satisfied with MobileHelp!”
