“I am a new customer. The agent who set up my account did a good job. The MobilleHelp material arrived promptly and was pretty easy to set up. The few tests I did provided a quick response. We did have some trouble with the fall button but got it corrected after testing.”

“I purchased MobileHelp about a month ago. The equipment arrived very quickly and was easy to setup. Directions are excellent! I've tested the equipment several times and it seems to work well. Thankfully I have not had an emergency but based on the response with the tests, I believe response will be excellent in an emergency.”
