“The customer service at MobileHelp is great. They are very informative and make sure you understand how best to work the devices. The product is easy to use, and though my mother had a couple of false alarms with the fall detector, she had an easy time canceling the alert. The response was fast and that definitely helps build faith that if something does go wrong, response will be equally speedy. We both would rather she activate it accidentally than not activate it when she actually does fall.”
