“I really appreciate the security I have. My biggest problem initially was to have the mobile unit in my pocket and have it hit something. In each case, that impact triggered a "fall detected" notification when I hadn't fallen. I now use the pouch and put it on my underwear and have no problem. At least, I know it is working.”

“My sister and I got this system for my mom when my dad recently passed away. She was feeling vulnerable and scared. I liked the fact that since she doesn't carry a cell phone she could get help away from home and they could locate her within 10 feet! Awesome company with awesome customer service! There is peace of mind for all of us now! I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it!”

“Recently my son took a vacation from caretaking. He insisted that I obtain 7x24 respite care or he couldn't leave. One night while he was gone, I slid out of bed and couldn't stand up again. The caretaker had to call 911 for lift assist. If I had the MobileHelp instead, I would have saved the cost of 24 hour caretakers for the 7 days he was gone. I now have Fall Detect System in case I have a fall that knocks me out!”

“We got the system for my 87 year old dad who lives alone as still very active, drives and very independent. We have had it going on two months now. Thank goodness he has not had to use it. It gives us a great sense of security knowing he has it now that my mom has passed away and there is no one to call for help should he need it.”
