“Three weeks ago my family made the decision to to purchase a Mobile help alarm for our mom. A week ago she fainted in her kitchen and hit her head. When she came to, she was having trouble standing, so she hit the Mobile call button on her wrist band. They were able to send an ambulance to check her out, plus let us know what was going on. So glad we made the decision to get her this service. I don't want to think about how long she might have been on the floor by herself if we hadn't.”

“We have a dual MobileHelp system. We feel confident that help is moments away if one of us should need it. We have accidentally touch the call button and the agents were ready to assist. One time my husband was drying himself off with a towel and touched the bracelet multiple times. I couldn't get to the home phone in time. By the time I was getting their message off my cell phone. I couldn't apologize enough for using resources unnecessarily. I now keep my phone in a pouch around my neck. MobileHelp has the best customer service.”

“The MobileHelp device has given me peace of mind in case I should fall or have a health issue. What a great 'insurance'. I hope I will never need it but if I do, I'm very happy with this one. The customer service is excellent.”

“Shortly after buying MobileHelp, my dad's alert went off. Unable to reach him, the EMT's, police and I were called. The GPS was indicating he was home. By the time I got to dad's apartment, the paramedics were in his unit but he couldn't be found. MobileHelp called again informing us the GPS was indicating in or around his building. The police officer and I began searching the building, the paramedics searched the parking lot, until MobileHelp called again with an updated GPS indicating he was at the grocery store. I rushed over there, found his car, and quickly found him leisurely strolling around buying groceries while the rest of us were frantic!! To our amusement, we quickly deduced that he put the mobile unit in his back pocket and sat on it, triggering the alarm and ensuing chaos. Grateful that he is fine, we also learned that the system and process really worked-exactly as advertised! Thank you MobileHelp.”
