“price and equipment seem good....only downside is that twice, the "fall" alarm has gone off WITHOUT being worn at the time! It went off last evening when the units were sitting on the counter in the kitchen and we were in the front room! Luckily, I was able to stop it by hitting reset button....will continue to use as it is very important that wife has this type of backup going for her...”

“I am a fairly new customer, but Have set off my emergency home unit by accident and the call came soon to check on me. Also someone asked to see my mobile device and that person pushed the button on my necklace, which caused me to get a welfare check again. I know that I am being cared for by MobileHelp!!!”

“My stress level has dropped since my Mother has MobileHelp. We have had a false alarm (thank goodness) and it worked EXACTLY as it was supposed to. In addition, everyone that I have spoken to have been sweet and professional.....a great combination!”

“I purchased this system knowing that at some point in time I may need it. I did not know that I would have to recharge the sender on a daily basis but, it is a small inconvenience for the peace of mind”

“This was very easy to set up in my home compared to another similar device my husband had several years ago which was very difficult. The mobile remote is very small and lightweight so fits in my pocket easily. The pendant is also very small and lightweight so is easy to wear all the time.”

“I recently subscribed to MobileHelp and couldn't be happier. It was a snap to set up; and when I had a minor question during the test phase, customer service was friendly and helpful. I’m an active, independent, 70 year old woman and want to continue living in my own home and be free to travel any where I want. MobileHelp enables me to maintain my lifestyle worry-free. I especially appreciate the lock box feature which allows paramedics and police to gain entry if I can't come to the door. The last thing I want to happen is for the emergency squad to take out my front door with an ax! Additionally and critical to maintaining my lifestyle, the mobile unit allows me access to help wherever I am in the US because of their GPS system. My work and personal travel takes me throughout the state and the country. Sometimes I am alone at events in the evening. I feel like I have a personal security system with me. Like "On Star" for my body. They don't particularly advertise this as a benefit, but you don't have to fall ill to get help. You just may need help for whatever reason. This is not a product just for those frail folks who may be incapacitated. It is also a very important asset to those of us who are essentially healthy and want to enjoy our freedom. As they say, stuff happens that is out of our control. And it can happen any time, anywhere. The key is that MobileHelp stands by you when you need them. It's like an insurance policy you hope never have to.use.”
