“Better dependability in logging in on the website. Most of the time when I try and log in, especially on my ap on my phone, it says it is denied and then sometimes it will log in. It is not consistent.”

“We actually tried another service first. However, their device would not work at my father's house. I wasn't sure where to turn when I saw a commercial for MobileHelp. I had never heard of them, but they are great! I explained what happened with the previous company and the representative actually checked to make sure my dad would have service and suggested which system would best suit his needs. Also, the device came activated which I really liked and the representative we spoke with to set up his emergency information was terrific. I'm kind of glad things didn't work out with the other company. It gives me peace of mind to know that MobileHelp will be looking out for my dad when we can't be there.”

“The attention paid to my enrollment and the explanation provided by a young man named Shane made me Feel confident I could use the equipment easily. I was hesitant And wasn’t sure I can manage to hit the right buttons. After going over everything with him I am happy I switched services. Yours clearly offers much more. I have recommended your service to many other people in the community. I live in a senior 55 plus housing. At age 91 I need the best protection I can get. Glad I have yours”
