“Very easy to set up. My mother has it on her person at all times. Cannot comment on response time or efficiency because she has not had to use the buttons or access the service. Gives us peace of mind for my 94 year old mother who is in excellent mental and physical health for her age. She still lives alone and still drives to grocery store and doctor appointments.”

“Can't comment yet. We had just signed up when he passed. We used it twice and only got a phone call from you in response. So really didn't work from the wrist band to get immediate help. Now I am waiting for a rebate since it was only active for several days, maybe a week?”
