“The agent I spoke with initially was very forthright, gave me all the information on the pricing, equipment, services, etc. No high pressure sales tactics like the first company I contacted. The equipment arrived just a few days later. The setup was easy, and there was a number to call if I had any problems. I've called Mobile Help a couple of times and the response was immediate and helpful. The "proof of the pudding", however, is yet to come. I haven't had to "press" my button and summon help. However, I feel very confident they will respond immediately based on the contacts I've already had with Mobile Help.”

“From the initial call to the arrival of product....GREAT support. Friendly and courteous and explains EVERYTHING. Here's to hoping we never have to use it for assistance, but it is nice to know we are covered, whether at home or away, with the "mobile option" and upgrade.”
