“I have had the MobileHelp Duo for about a month. Very easy to set up and test. Thankfully, I have not needed to sue the service yet, but I am more at ease knowing it is there if I need it. I suffer from severe spinal stenosis that is inoperable due to associated risks from a former dura tear. A fall could easily leave me paralyzed. That is why I opted for the fall detection pendant. I hope I never need this service, but am glad I have it.”

“I'm so glad that we purchased our safety devise from MobileHelp. It has given us a sense of security for my husband. The device works very well The devise even woke us up in the middle of the night, when a voice from the base unit announced that "no power noted" when the electric went off and "power noted" when the electric came back on. Would definitely recommend the MobileHelp group.”
