“We are very pleased with everything, especially when we were gathering information. The gentlemen on the phone were very pleasant and informative. The pendant is a little larger than what we were told (they described the fall button) and the lanyard is beaded so my husband won't wear it. The best feature is the communication via text when the battery on the pendant is getting low or stopped altogether. We do wish the battery lasted longer than 13 hours before running out of juice. But my husband wears it faithfully and we feel we made the right decision in going with MobileHelp.”
