“I only had it for a month and as far as I know it seems to be working. My concern is that the battery only lasts for a short time, so I'm worried what would happen if I took a long trip.”

“If you haven’t use it yet for an emergency, how can one grade it? Like the idea of the GPS and press button on it. Carry it around in my purse. Wear the necklace for falls. Have more confidence if something happens to me, Mobile Help can find me whether I press the button or not. Customer response on trial button pushed to set up went fine.”
