“In the short time I have had MobileHelp, I have accidentally hit that darn button several times without realizing it. For some reason I am not always given the opportunity to cancel the call. However, the person from the Monitoring Center that calls me is always on the ball, courteous and concerned, and makes sure I am alright before hanging up. I was concerned with my safety, which is why I am glad I have MobileHelp.”

“Its A lot safer when you are alone as I am. I had A stroke in October of 2017 My wife with alzheimers could not find the door to let the fireman & the ambulance crew in, had to stumble back there and let them in. I had another brand alert then and pushed the button ( this one only worked from here.) So I can tell you this one is much better. My wife died 10/19/2019 and I am alone again,However number 3 is out of the question at age 87.”
