“I was very blessed by everyone i have dealt with at MobileHelp. I know exactly why you are the highest rated monitoring system on the internet. My first call to order the device was handled and a very helpful, pleasant fellow who gave me several added options and shared some very helpful information. He was easy to understand in he speaking and his explanations. He answered all of my questions very kindly and patiently. He seemed more concerned about the customer, then the sale. The second person i spoke with was to find out where the device was because it had not arrived yet. She was again very patient gracious, and kind answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The final phone call was to set up the monitoring device and again the fellow that helped me was thorough, kind, and gracious and was willing to take his time to take care of me and my questions. I was very pleased with my service thus far and i am very glad that we chose MobileHelp for monitoring this dear lady in our church. Pastor Franklin Humber”

“Thankfully I haven't had to use the help button and... hopefully will not have to do so! However, I find the customer service very helpful and friendly ait's great to know I can get help even when I'm away from my home.”
