“For the short period of time that my mother has had the MobileHelp system available to her she has used it twice. Both times she used her watch band unit and the command center responded quickly and efficiently. Our local Fire rescue responded and assisted her, once getting her to our local hospital and the second incident returning her to a calm state of mind and comfort to remain in her home for the rest of the evening. Since my mother does not have a computer all correspondence will come from me, her only son, Alan Lamos.”
