“I purchased the “Solo” alert system for a relative in Iowa. Apparently, the anxiety that she experienced just “ trying” something new was overwhelming to her, ( she said she first said no),(her siblings thought would help her also). She became very anxious. So I had no option, but to return it. . She would not open the box. Your service was excellent. Thank you for making this not more difficult. I certainly will keep all my notes and information from aarp mag.. for further reference. I ,someday and many others of family may need. I have already given info to a friend. Thank you.”

“This company is a life saver, I have a 92 year young mom who lives alone very independent and still drives ! Recently purchased this system due to her falls. They were very thorough with setting up and instructions. Less than a week later it was put to use, Emergency services were there super quick. Has given our family real peace of mind.
