“I dropped my device and it immediately responded. I couldn't get to it to turn it off in the allotted time and I did not have my phone with me. So I went to get my phone and called 911 to tell them what happened and not to send anyone to help me as I was fine. Later I discovered that the Mobile Help Center had been calling me. I called them and explained the whole situation. The guy on the phone was very gracious and explained to me that they don't call 911 until they can talk to me or can verify that I really do need help. Since they had seen that I had been trying to turn off my device, they realized that I was ok and did not call 911. I made a big mess of things and really appreciated his kindness in letting me know how things worked. Also, I found out that this system works very well and am a lot more comfortable being alone knowing that someone is right there to help me if I need it.”

“I have been very appreciative of the security I feel wearing the necklace. It is very sensitive and would detect any problem. I have accidentally set it off and it is easy to signal that it was a mistake.”
