“My father has only had this service for a couple of weeks, but so far, it seems to work very well. I received a call from mobile help, and they said his pendant was "pinging" near a shed, and he was at the garage with his snow blower. All was fine, but bending over and the pendant by gravity "falls" it gives a reading of falling, so I guess we had a "dry run". So far we are happy with the service.”

“Everyone I have been in contact with has been very helpful. I had questions and they were there to give me an answer immediately. Easy to get in contact with. Never was put on hold. I was having problems with the length of the cord, and they sent me an adjustable one.”

“I am 83 and, with the exception of a serious back injury, am in good health. However, when I lost my wife recently, I decided I was not comfortable being alone with no help close at hand. And, I have fallen in the past. I researched a number of the emergency assistance buttons and decided on Mobile Help for several reasons: It was GPS enabled and is supposed to work anywhere in the country. (I have a small motor home, so this is important). It is rechargeable and does not need constant battery replacement. It is sensitive to a fall and talks to me when it alarms and gives me a chance to cancel the alarm. Finally, the price was right. It has alarmed several times when I have done something that jarred it - generally on the floor playing with my dog. But, it allowed me to cancel the alarm. I have run the test sequence twice and it works as advertised. I did replace the cloth neck band with the chain from my old military dog tags. That is much more comfortable for me. It is a little larger than some of the others, but it is essentially a specialized cell phone operating on the AT&T network, so a little size is to be expected. It hides just fine under my shirt. I like it. Oh, a thought - I added plastic tape labels on the back listing my medication allergy and my blood type.”

“I purchased the Micro system for my elderly mother. She was able to set up the device with a little help and feels comfortable using it. We needed to get her an adjustable lanyard so the device hung closer to her neck and didn't swing, but that was sent quickly and has taken care of the false alarms sent from the device swinging too freely. All of the personnel have been very polite, professional and pleasant to deal with and have answered my questions and resolved minor issues efficiently and easily.”
