“I bought your necklace thinking it would be beneficial for my wife who has dementia. I told the salesperson exactly that. Your product works as advertised but it is not something that works well for a person that has dementia. For someone who is prone to falling it's perfect because they understand why it's needed. A dementia patient doesn't understand the purpose and probably will take it off, as did my wife. Pros about your product would be, it does track the person wearing it very well. Cons about your product would be, it's not a necklace and shouldn't be advertised as such. It's a fob on a shoestring. Your return policy was easy and fast. I don't regret dealing with your company knly that your product didn't work for my needs. If it had been a necklace, a decorative piece of jewelry, my wife might have have worn it”
