“I am almost 90 years old and not very sharp regarding technology, but my MobileHelp device was very easy for me to set up because the directions are brief and clear with pictures. “I really don't know as I have never had to use it - I hope and pray if the time comes, it will work! I feel comfortable with everything - the test capability always makes me feel better. Again, if it works when the time comes, I'll be sold!”

“While I have only had the service for a short time, I chose it because my mother had it prior to her move to assisted living. One night as she got out of bed, she fell and broke her leg. MobilHelp caught the action and had an ambulance there before my sister could arrive. Without the service my mother would have lain there until late morning or afternoon.”
