“I fell and could not get up. The system worked perfectly. I pushed the button that was hanging around my neck. Shortly, the emergency personnel arrived and used the key to unlock my front door and came in to give me assistance getting up. I would highly recommend MobileHelp!”

“The MobileHelp Micro device supplied for cell communication and fall detection works great. Speaker and microphone built into the unit works well. Communication from emergency response team is clear and easy to understand. Fall detection is on the sensitive side, but can easily be cancelled with the push of a button. Our 88 yo parent has no trouble using or wearing it. Finally, the customer service team is great. Responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. We believe we chose the right company with the right device for this service.”
