“I like the network service, never been on "3" before and it seems to work well.
Contact with customer services whilst trying to set up the new SIM was good.
Problem, during signing up for the contract, there was a 3rd party(MyHelpShop), which appeared to be part of the sign up and actually used the exact same confirmation page, had nothing to do with the network service. I did wonder why I needed to confirm my details twice. It turned out to be MyHelpShop which I then had to go about finding a way to cancel that part of the agreement. I really was not happy about the tactics used to sign me up for something totally useless to me and costing £40.56 pm. Plus my details are now in the hands of a company I know nothing about and behave in a fashion that would lead me to believe my details could be sold on. REALLY NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.”

The switch has been fairly ok!
The biggest issue now is that the internet coverage is very much SHOCKING!!
When I was actually with one of ‘ the big suppliers’, there was never an issue!
Admittedly I am only a couple of days in, but having to mess about waiting and not being able to actually ‘ get online’ is a big issue!
Not having an actual person to speak to via customer service, is another!
Have I made the right decision. I will decide within the next week, and if not, believe me

“Everything straight forward: easy and simple. Maybe just small thing which ID mobile should consider is your contract starts straight after order but not from the time you actually received your SIM card or even started to use. As I received my SIM five days after I placed order. Not very important but still. Data, minutes, texts: everything works fine. Thank you!”
