One thing I would mention to anyone who wants to keep their number is, make a note of the telephone number that iD Mobile give in their documents, as this is the one that they refer to when they send confirmation details. Also, one document refers to your Account No. and another your Reference No. A bit confusing, but there is a a telephone number you can ring to speak to an actual person for ‘Vulnerable’ customers. My previous SIM only deal was going up to £16 for 30 gig of data. With iD Mobile, I am getting over 100 gig for £9. I didn’t have to think twice to change. I am so pleased that my children are looking forward to changing to iD Mobile once their contracts are up.”
