Transfer is not smooth. My current number has issues with me ringing when that never was the case. Trying to get hold of ID is a mission within itself. I cannot make calls after the number was transferred, which was only today. I took the plan out on the 7th October giving the company enough time to sort out the transfer of my current number which took place today 29th October, and i already have issues. I only started using the sim today and it seems that i have already passed my cooling period when i never used it before. I also have a cancellation fee when i havent even used the sim yet. Never ever go to ID mobile, ive never had issues with sim providers before in 30 years, this is the first time

The one star review is for Mobiles.co.uk not ID mobile sim (ID mobile sim 5 stars) Sim card was never delivered. Portal of my old number happened but still no sim card. Contacted Mobiles.co.uk who were useless told me to wait 5 days as thats how long it can take for delivery but it had been 5 days. Then they became even more unhelpful and basically said it was not their problem. In the end I had to go to Curry's pc world to get a physical sim card The assistant was so helpful. Thankfully Once I got my sim card my original number transferred across and I can use my mobile. I don't htink I will rush to use Mobiles.co.uk again. Customer service rubbish!
