On other hand, when I try to use my data, you try to slow me down, many times.
When I used nearly half of my data allowance I was receiving messages that I reach 80% of my data usage plan, so you have chaos in your databases.
When I try to cancel my account and stop my debit card to by charget on your website or app, it was impossible, it entered in loops of "chose you next plan" instead of clear steps to remove my card from your system and close the account.
My experience was awful and I'm happy, I'm out of your services and billing.”
