“After 6 days of being without the new sim for my changeover to vodaphone, I am unable to make contact with Mobiles.co.uk. Live chat and messaging is not possible as being consistently told not available, and obviously can not make a phone call.
Beginning to regret my decision to change to this company.”

“Dont care about the requests being made. I cancelled my contract as soon as i realised an issue. They just cancelled it on their end but did not cancel it with vodafone. Cancelling with vodafone would have costed them their commission. Be careful guys as they are not your main provider so make sure the contract is cancelled within the time period or else you pay in full. Thats the new trick they have started using.”
