Have been a loyal customer for many years with several contracts through Mobiles.co.uk.
Unfortunately, our most recent experience has been quite poor.
We are still awaiting a cashback payment from January 2026, now April 2026 despite raising the issue with customer services and assurance the payment would be made by bank transfer with 5 working days. No payment to date.
Also, awaiting the £10 Curry's voucher as advertised via the website when signing up. Have chased up with customer services whom were very unhelpful and unable to assist to a point whereby they hung up on our conversation!!
I think we shall look elsewhere when our contracts are up for renewal.
