“I wasnt aware that if you buy this plan through the cashback website, you wouldnt be able to use the feature of Vodafone One Number, which meant that I can't add my smart watch to my plan.
I ended up cancelling the plan and it was a hassle to retain my number.
Vodafone and cashback websites should make it clear that if you buy from third party providers, you can't use one number service and connect devices.”
