“Mobiles.co.uk signed me up for the wrong contract and neither vodafone or mobiles.co.uk will take responsibility or sort it out despite me having a contract from mobiles.co.uk with the correct amount on. I have already wasted an hour of my time trying to resolve this. Vodafone have stated the issues lies with mobiles.co.uk as they have submitted the wrong information to them and therefore it is mobiles.co.uk that need to resolve the issue.”
