As part of the order for transferring my current number from ID Mobile to Vodafone, the requested sim switch date was 12 September 2025. However, my ID mobile was terminated on 9 September when I had not received a new Vodafone sim. Until today 14 September 2025, I still have not received my new Vodafone sim as part of contract. In the meantime, my family and myself have been calling the number that I have requested to retain and found that the number is being used by someone else. This is unacceptable.”
