“The information I supplied to mobile didn't transfer across to the Vodafone so it failed verification. I received the SIM and it was meant to change over on the same day but my date of birth wasn't entered incorrectly. It was whole nightmare and the account was closed. I had to personally go and visit Vodafone.”
“Very misleading from the ad. I thought it was directly through Vodafone. I tried cancelling the order through mobile.co.uk, they told me the order had been cancelled when in fact it hadn’t. To get cash back offered in as you have to submit monthly copies of bills.”
“Its ok but sometimes the data speed is not very fast and I annot send or receive any SMS without restarting my phone multiple times.
Support have been no help.”
“Brilliant upgrade deals that I use every year. Very easy process and don't even need to swap my SIM. Can't fault the cashback process, although I would prefer not to get cheques for cashback, maybe direct bank transfer would be easier or even choice of vouchers could work too.”
