“This system I assumed would record everyone I video a test and it said complete but no. You have to check every time you rest. It works great for weeks then won't record so I had to drive around for better reception and it took upwards of an hour!!! Support would just say it's your reception but my reception at home doesn't change and it' doesnt record… support it'sa joke. You have to make an appointment because no body can actually help you over the phone.”
“Have been having issues with getting testing and reports to show up on the app for the Monitors and customer service is NON existent. Form has been filled out and have left 3 messages with no call back. No ONE answers the phone unless you want to sell something. Very dissatisfied. .”
