She asked for me to udpate my phone software and then asked for me to contact my service provider. Each time, she asked for me to email back with results so she could continue to work with the engineering team. Not sure what exactly got fixed, but I am now receiving my test notifacations. I was overly satisfied by her service. Angela is a great asset to your team!”
