“BACtrack have been a useful tool. Very difficult in the beginning to get set up and schedules going, but this review is more about the support I got while getting set up. Breanna was so helpful and patient during the process. She answered emails and phone calls very promptly and was so kind and friendly. Customer service like that is very rare these days. She alone is the main reason for continuing on the BACtrack journey. BACtrack works and has been very useful tool for accountability.”

“I offered to do BACtrack for 6 months to ensure everyone involved in my family court is aware I don’t drink often. My ex husband retaliated against me because he is an alcoholic and was forced to do the same years ago. That being said, I think the product is awesome and easy to use. Love that you can add as many people as you want to view.”
“I like the small size and ease of operation. It is saving me a little money vs Soberlink. However I am unclear if it works with no cell service for example if I'm camping I don't believe it has the capability to store tests. I was able to send my monitoring doctor the pdf of all tests for specified dates. However there is no way to send him the photos of my face taking the test. I appreciate the savings vs Soberlink however I feel both companies are outrageously overpriced, taking advantage of the customers who have no choice in paying due to employment requirements for alcohol testing.”
“The tester is compact, holds a charge for a long time, and convenient. I have experienced false positives, however it is usually related to food. Mostly different types peppers and onions. I always give it 20 minutes or so after I eat, however when a false positive shows up I retest within about 5-10 additional minutes and it clears at 0.”
