“I've had a number of these retracts and recently I received one that was defective. CS quickly replaced it and even took the time to test it and labele the packaging as TESTED. It would have been easy to just throw a new retract in a box and send it along. Not the way Motion does business. Kudos for taking the extra steps to make sure the buying experience is as good as it gets.”
