“Been flying rc since the early 1980's but never owned a ducted fan jet. I have seen quite a few at the field but they seemed inefficient and not particularly fast. They were fairly quick but used big 6 cell lipos and used them up fast. I stumbled upon the Lippisch and did more research and bought one here. Glad I did and I am having a blast with it. Cheap 3 cell packs without the need for high discharge specs. I use 40c 1800 mah packs and it is fine. Out of the box it is quite fast and I modified it and it goes like stink. I easily out pace the other bigger ducted fan jets at the field. The airframe is aerodynamically strong so no problems there.Do your research here and other forums on setup and launch. Great bang for the buck and I will buy another soon as a spare.”

“Crashed it a few times very durable easy to repair Once I made friends with it I got better at flying it it’s fast and gets small quick slow flying is nice and predictable hand launching is tricky prefer gear landings once mastered are beautiful can carry 1500 3s to 2200 3s equally well with no problem I was apprehensive with the 2200 was pleasantly surprised with performance throughout the flight envelope I made my own gear system worked well after sweet spot was found for short take off distance dialed in a lot of expo 30 and half the recommended throws to calm it down installed micro servo in tail flys well with just rudder and no elavons I love it I’m gonna make it yellow my old eyes see that color better”

“I just bought my second one. Bought the first one two years ago and I LOVE flying it! The foam is very tough. It (almost) still looks new. I couldn't have too many of these because they are fun to paint, as well as to fly. If we had not stopped the Germans when we did and the P15 got off the drawing board, it would not have been a pretty picture! Doc”

“Have had 4 different delta platforms, many twice the cost of this p.15. Let me say, the Lippisch is the most fun of any of them! faster than expected, great Aero and floats for days!!!! you will be so happy with this plane. I have a dozen planes, mostly larger edfs.... and this is my daily. Buy it Now or wish you had!!! :)”

“Being my 1st rc jet I was a little bummed out, the instructions on the jet are not specific enough, dual rate modes and height. Never dealing with elevon setup I did 100% and 80% didn’t touch exponential checked everything out fired it up threw it high and far only to watch it climb and started flipping circles of course it crashed dislodging esc wires came out and jet engine dislodged wasn’t worth time to fix it wasted $136 bucks I’m still bummed”

“Quality is ok, foam is easy to damage compared to other brands. Little wood pieces to hold the edf cover was subpar. The included glue makes the foam swell if too much is used. This thing flew great! Do the up trim and a launch throttle elevator mix 25%. AS3X was good to smooth it out, ran a 3s protech hv 1800 from Amain, is the size of a 1500mah. Other people at the field, thought it was hard to fly from past experience, but with a lighter battery and as3x is now one of my favorite park flyers!! It is a little hard to see, the gray is a little dark and the green blends with itself. Now I know why some people have had 3 of these.”
