“Great flying delta. Really fun to play with the high alpha. Moves along nicely! The one thing I would recommend for anyone who hasn't flown this is to tone the roll down for the first few flights. All the elevator you can get is fine. But too much roll can really bite you! :) Great plane! Thanks! I have two now!”

“OK, I read absolutely everything written about this jet before my purchase. Set all throws IAW manual. CG is perfect if the front of the battery (6s-4000) is aligned with the intake inlets. I even put in the Hobby Eagle gyro. That was a mistake. I had some un commanded roll flutter in flight so I yanked it out. Even without the gyro this beast is very docile at lower speeds while meeting the need for speed at higher altitudes. Go ahead and use the tanks for your maiden as they provide extra stability and help with visual clues. It is a fast lander so during your maiden practice low speed, high alpha flight at a 2 mistake high altitude. Don't worry, she'll behave. You cannot chop the throttle too much during landing or you'll either land too fast or too hard. Other than the F-86, this is the best entry-level jet in the 80mm series.”
