“For a foam plane, pretty darn nice....it seems foam is the new balsa. A visual snapshot of this model captures an approximate 1/10th scale of the A4 Skyhawk , reminiscent of the cold war era. With a quick attachment or removal of an avionics **** the model can be changed between a E or F version. With a nicely rendered semi scale outline to include wing tanks and bullpup missels, this model shows off the nostalgic outline of Ed Heinemenn's Hot Rod with scale speed and predictable handling. You won't be disappointed!”

“The A-4 has always been one of my favorite jets. This model looks better in person than it does in photos. Design and molding are very well done. Everything fits like a glove which makes for a rewarding assembly. Flies well; predictable handling; lands easily; takes off our short grass with ease. Scale-like airspeed and sounds nice as well. Other than a few clicks of elevator trim there is no difference between missiles off and missiles on. I don't fly with the tanks or the **** because I think they ruin the looks. Just a really great looking jet and a sweet flyer.”

“I have about 6 or so flights on this airplane now. It really flies great and the landing are possibly the best out there for the EDF market. My A4 had one issue and that was a glitchy servo in the left aileron. wings. It would vibrate and twitch, but not constantly. When it did twitch it would lock into a hard left turn. I did fly the plane a few times with no incident, but on the 5th flight it glitched on liftoff and cartwheeled across the runway. The good news is the damage was manageable and repairable and it cost me a bit of paint and a new servo. As discussed in Hobby Squawk, if you identify a twitchy servo, replace it immediately and learn from my mistake. Eventually it will bite you. Overall the A4 is a great flying airplane and looks fantastic. I really appreciate the ability to transform the plane with the **** removal. Additionally, I love the option to choose between multiple schemes even with a PNP model. The A4 is a great plane stock.”

“Absolutely the easiest, most fun jet to fly in the entire fleet. The only thing missing is a larger super scale version with lights and doors. Looks fantastic in the air loaded with tanks and missles with no bad tendencies. So easy, just add a Jeti REX 7 receiver with stabilization, put the transmitter down and watch it fly itself!! Every landing is greased at ridiculous slow air speeds with proper power applications. Fantastic airplane.......”
