“So, here is a summary of a few critical points for 1st flight success with this relatively, short wingspan warbird. 5000 mah 6s lipo pushed all the way forward-period. Very conservative aileron throws initially- this jet rolls with authority. Don't let this light grey jet get too far out or like all delta wing planforms, aspect angle becomes tricky to discern. I started with a 2.5 minute flight timer to allow for a first time go around. Narrow main gear stance will get tippy if an end of runway sharp turn to stop is attempted. I flew without a gyro or the ordinance package. Will turn tight if needed. Not a tracker like the Avanti S, but good performer with the same EDF setup.A few side notes. Water slide decal application takes longer than to screw jet together. Impeccable fit and finish. Solid retracts with trailing and kneeling gear suspension. Ball link pliers are a good investment for all of the connections.”
“Hello Pilots,This bird is as advertised. I have at least 10 flights on it, and I couldn't be happier. It has plenty of power. It flies exceptionally stable at all speeds with or without ordinates, and does some of the tightest axil roles. It flies incredible inverted. I've flown this bird in completely calm winds as well as 10-15 mile an hour gusts and it's rock solid. I have most of the 80-90 series birds made by Freewing and sold by MotionRC. “I absolutely love this airplane! I received it 9 days ago and I already have 5 flights on it. Everything works perfectly; flight controls are responsive and predictable; flaps are very effective, yet do not drag the airplane down too much. Nose high landings are a piece of cake - just like the real thing. Acceleration on takeoff is awesome, followed by a smooth liftoff after maybe 70 feet or so (pavement). This airplane attracts a lot of attention at our RC field, all for the right reasons!”
