Another fine flying plane from Freewing. The T-33 is very stable. The maiden flight set up per the instructions was uneventful with just a click or two here & there to obtain straight level flight. Landing was smooth, flaps work great but the roll out is very long as the plane rolls very easily. I'll be looking to put the thrust reversing ESC from the new Cougar in this bird as soon as they become avaliabel. The landing gear is of a much higher quality than the F-86 & A-6 with much less slop. Come on Motion, put these better gear in your other 80mm planes. Would be well worth the small increase in price. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Flys great. Looks good in the air. Can fly very fast and slow. New EDF/motor is great. Best gliding jet I’ve ever seen.Easy to land. Might be an experienced pilots first time EDF. Freewing might put an addendum in the manual. The full rates given for ailerons could be too much in my opinion. I’m an advanced pilot and after the first flight switched to 50% throw on both high and low rates with 60 and 80% expo. These are not recommendations, just what I did and the plane flys very smooth and it’s very maneuverable. The battery compartment wasn’t easy for me to work with because the straps are too close together, engineering. I buried the lead wires from thenose gear retract and steering into the foam because the battery strap apparently sliced the nose retract wire. For the straps to work the battery needs to sit in the “narrow” position with most 5000s to allow for strap adjustment, then the bottom of the canopy might need to be slightly trimmed, very little, over the strap loop position so the canopy will fit tight. Again, just my experience and what I did, may not apply to others. Overall, it’s a real fun EDF to fly and works great. I recommend it.

Shipping was quick and package was undamaged. Plane was damage free and looked great. Assembly was quick and trouble free and everything worked as advertised. Very nice flying plane and it handles our grass runway well.

The jet flew well but is certainly not for a beginner. The problem I had upon a less than-great landing on the maiden flight was that the main landing gear housing came completely loose ripping the main gears and the nose gear completely from the plane and damaging the underneath of the fuselage. It became obvious that the glue used for the gears was too weak- a factory quality control issue.

Took the 33 out for a maiden flight the other day. Everything went well! Two successful takeoffs and landings. I used a 5000 mah battery, plenty of power. The quality of the aircraft is great, assembly was uneventful. I recommend this one!

I recently bought a T33 shooting star and I was really impressed on how stable and fast it was . And the Landing gear was strong and good suspension . I highly recommend this T33 Jet
