“It's the Trainer of EDF planes! Very stable, easy to land and yet still very fast! This is not your 3D tumbler and with split flaps you don't have the option of going crazy with the flaps/ailerons. The instructions were a little sketchy regarding the control box and ribbon cables (which it turns out you can plug in either way and get the same result). I'm using a 6S 6000mAh battery which just barely fits, but puts the CG right where you want it. I'm getting 3-4 minute flights. The landing gear are rugged, which matters a lot to me because our pavement is short and the grass on both ends is really rugged. I absolutely love watching it fly!”

“Flew the maiden flight this morning and man what a beauty this jet is to fly. Rock solid in the air and landed like a dream. Only took a couple of left aileron clicks and 2 down to get level flight at slightly over half throttle. Retracts worked great and the gear performed well. Set up was a breeze and all told the only issue I had was connecting the ribbon harnesses. The instructions do not tell you which port the left and right one from the wing plug into on the blue box. This is because it doesn't matter. After I figured that out it was fine. Hope this helps.”

“Take off was uneventful. Flight was likewise. Landing sucked. Main gear mounts came loose on a grass field. The new ones will be installed with White Gorilla Glue. Always puts an end to those gear mount problems. Very good looking. I needed to turn down the ailerons. Elevator and rudder was just right. Steering is on a separate channel.”

“No need for stabilizer tracks great in wind. Has a lot of speed and vertical climb, but flight time on a 5000 will only be 3 minutes flying hard. Landing gear and wheels are very nice.”
