“Well it isn't quite what it's meant to be out of the box.Mine was very underpowered and had no vertical performance at all...odd as the thrust is quoted as more than the weight.After much discussion with Motion, I got no help so decided to go it alone.High C batteries and a new FMS fan....better but not much.Swapped out the ESC for a Gecko 155 and now we're talking...maybe Motion could have saved the disappointment by swapping it in the first place.Other minor niggle is the front gear door...loads the retract so much it doesn't retract...fixed by adding a servo to drive it.It's now the plane it should have been to start with”

“Absolutely love this bird. The attention to detail is incredible. She flies well but the power is a bit lacking at 5500’ ground elevation. I may look to increase the engine, fan or batteries to see if I can get some more power. But she is a beauty in the air!!!”

“Looks fantastic sitting on the ground...which is good as mine steadfastly refuses to fly.Problem is that the power system doesn't generate anywhere close to what is quoted, even with Carbon 5100mAh packs.Stated thrust is in excess of 4kg, I have yet to get higher than 3.1kg.It may fly off tarmac but not of our short, smooth grass strip and as the thrust is less than the weight, vertical will be limited”

“I have to say, the F-15 has been my favorite jet as long as I can remember. I was very excited to own one of these and I wasn't disappointed. Things to note, there are a lot of wires as this is an older model. (no ribbon cables for the wings) Flight is great, but there is some weirdness when using rudder. My model wobbles left/right when using rudder. I need to do some work to figure out how to fix that.Other than the rudders, this jet flies real well.”
