Beautiful Jet!. Has a few quirks but nothing any advanced modeler can not handle. The control throws are not quite right out of the manual. At least not for me. I am still tweaking them to fit my style. The bird is fast even on 6S. On second flight I bounced on a touch and go and broke the sacrificial pin in the nose strut. The winds were higher than I really wanted and a cross at that. I should have waited but I didn't. It can be a bit of a process to get everything out, replaced and re-installed. Just take your time and it will work. I am contemplating a gyro for it but I'll fly it a few more times to see if I really need one.

The RF4 was a very tuff aircraft, as long the engines were running she flys'; ready for a fight or take photo .I believe the same as a R/C. I turned many nuts and bolts on her.

I've got my new f4d Phantom II from MotionRC put together and tried to get it to bind with the Admiral receiver that I bought with the plane. I have a DX7s Spektrum transmitter. Is the Admiral receiver compatable with my transmitter I've been using my transmitter with all my planes fo a long time. No problem. Do I need t use a Spektrum receiver or will the Admiral work Please help me out on this. I worked on this exact plane in Vietnam in 1966-1967. I need to get this plane in the air to show our club members this beautiful plane and how it flies. Thanks for getting this plane out there for us Vietnam USAF Vets.

just thought I'd share this, being a Vietnam Vet, Air Force, 90% of our aircraft at that time were Camo, Grey, White , Grey and White or bare Metal for the proper reasons. The Navy and Marines always had the best looking aircraft at that time. I received this order from MOTIONRC a few weeks ago, unboxed it and discarded the box. So I had the pieces laying around it my man cave for several days, I wasn't going to assemble it until the the 3D printer parts became available. The wife comes in several times and looks at the parts each time, and says that camo is ****! . I was going to do an Air force livery from Clark AFB that my brother worked on, saving that now for the 8s version. Choose this Navy version to do instead, which is not so ****, no more complaints from the wife! Much Thanks to MOTIONRC and FREEWING for producing another fine model, and to Callie Graphics for the exceptional custom graphics on many of my models. MOTIONRC, how about a 90mm F-100, F-101, F-102
