“Excellent plane, details and workmanship. Just wish it had the 5 blade Rotol propeller it was so noted for. 4 blades will do, as many now have them installed.”

“Flown two flights on it now and it's great added 1 I don't wait to the nose on a 3000 Cell battery i'm getting a solid five minute flight and really enjoying the details on these foam planes keep getting better and better Motion RC really knocked it out of the park with this one I've always wanted to see fury and this one definitely fits the bill if you've been looking at it go on and get it you'll be in love”
“Built mine and maidened it the next day. To be honest I was a bit nervous prior to take off. Once in the air all my worries left. This plane is so rock solid in the air. Like it's on rails. The landing was soft as a feather. I suprised the heck out of myself. As for looks this is as much a winner on the ground as in the air. As with other reviewers I have to put 4oz in weight in the nose for correct balance. The plane can handle the extra weight easily. A definate winner.”
“Clearly the most scale sea fury on the market . with a 4000, 4s it will fly for almost 10 min. the flaps are unusual being two segments linked to one servo. rock solid in the air and easy to fly .only mods were adding 1.5 ounce of weight inside the cowling and adding dave brown foams with e-flight 1.2m spitfire rims made it handle better on the ground but was just for better looks really . excellent product for the price . it would be nice if they would offer a five blade spinner and lower pitch props . the wing top skin finish was not perfect but no big deal”
“All I can say is that I hope that Flight Line RC (FL) stops making planes. I now have four of the Flight Line series and they are by far my favorite in my hangar. They fly like they are on rails, they are quick on stock set up and they look amazing. I have been a bit picky with my reviews of the FL line so far, but that is merely because any minor flaw that they may have stands out more on these planes than they would on any other line of planes. Because of their quality build and fantastic flying traits, anything less than perfect seems to be a flaw.Out of the four FL planes that I have, this one would be my favorite, which is funny because I didn't even know this plane existed - real or model - before Flight Line released their version. I love the way it looks in the air and it flies like it is on rails. Between this plane and the new FMS Typhoon (both sold by Motion RC), I have become a big fan of models of the Hawker planes. Its handling characteristics are so predictable it is impressive. I know some people say its a heavy plane for the size, but I like that aspect because feel allows it to handle better in windier conditions than lighter planes of the same size. As Ryan mentioned in the video, and other pilots have mentioned, you do need to be aware of the nose-forward attitude when on the ground. I fly off of a slightly rougher grass field and I have found that I can mitigate that tendency by landing half or no flaps. As with most warbirds you have to practice throttle management to land her, but she is pretty forgiving and I even find that landing without flaps isn't excessively fast. I also added larger wheels - 2.75 Dave Browns - to assist in handling the grass runway. This brings up the one issue that I hope that Flight Line rectifies with this model - the wheel wells are plenty big enough to house 2.75 wheels, but because the wheels aren't centered, I had to carve out a little bit of the inside edge of the well. If they were centered, there would be no need to carve. This has no effect on my opinion of the plane, however. One fantastic bird. I did add 2.5 oz total weight total between the front of the battery compartment and under the cowl.I have one last things to add: I did have some issues with a faulty aileron servo, but Motion RC set that straight right away. I mention this point simply as another testament to the fantastic service that Motion RC provides. Thanks guys.”
“This is a follow up to a review I made of the Sea Fury early. As previously stated, it is a great flying plane and the finish and quality is exceptional! But as others have said, it is tail heavy out of the box even with the recommended 4 cell 4000 mAh battery pushed all the way forward. Follow the CG recommendation in the manual which is 80mm from the leading edge. You really should put it on some sort of CG tool rather than just using your fingers. I ended up adding 3oz of weight in the nose. That's right, 12 of those 1/4oz lead weights right up in the nose for a total of 3oz. It's a big plane and handles the extra weight just fine. Others may end up putting more or less weight in the nose, but for me 3 oz seems to be spot on and gave me a slight nose down attitude with the plane inverted on the CG tool. Either way, get the CG set up on this plane before you even think of putting it in the air. Plane now flies very stable and is a real looker in the sky and on the ground. In my opinion, for the quality, detail, finish (especially the finish!) and price you pay for this plane and others in the FlightlineRC line up, there is nothing else out there that beats these planes! Hoping they come out with a F4U-4 Corsair!”
