“Great flying plane, flys off of grass with no problems, only complaints is I ordered the optional heavy duty gear, found it very difficult to remove stock gear due to using locktite, hard to remove without stripping head on allen screw, also wish they would offer touch up paint as the paint flakes very easily”

“Would be much better if Flghtline had included the suspension struts with the model as they have with the Spitfire. The P38 is quite heavy and unless you are spot with your landings damage can done with the standard undercarriage. Having said the above the replacement version is good quality but do watch the video available on Motion RC site regarding the conversion as the front leg is tricky to do. Glad to find that an extra circlip for the front strut is provided because when the this is removed it will not fit back on as the spring tension of the circlip is lost. The extra grub screws were useful as these always seem to go walkabout never to be seen again.”
