So first off I am new to the hobby, started when I got an E-flite Mustang Blondie for Christmas 2018, so far I have bought a Spitfire, Corsair, PT17, Stinson, all PNP and around the 1200mm size, no problems building them and adding electronics. I just bought the Flightline P38, this plane just looks awesome, and I must say the only difficult part was trying to figure out running it on one lipo, if I do it in series or parallel. The costumer support helped me figure it out, the build is pretty much straight forward, BE WARNED there was no wiring directions in the manual so you have to watch the Build Video, especially if you are new to the hobby and trying to run electronics on a 2 motor plane. Funny thing is I have all these planes and never flown one yet.......lol

The manual gives no detail about wiring. It is a rat's nest. The video is useful but still doesn't sho HOW to get the wiring cabled neatly. I will probably have to hollow out the cockpit section to keep the wiring from pushing up on the cockpit such that there is a 1/4 gap open between the cockpit and nacelle.

I gave this plane five stars, The detail on this plane is beautiful, the decals provided excellent, and one of the best flying planes I've ever had .

Nicely thought out design. Reasonable to assemble and looks gorgeous when completed. I especially liked the realistic slo - mo landing gear when raising and lowering.. Unfortunately the wing-load spec was omitted from Motions RC add, but when I saw it on the instruction manual it was so high I did a double-take... I actually thought it was a misprint, 117dm/sq., but when I got it in the air I could see that the wing load spec was NOT a misprint. It was a flying brick and I was glad it had flaps otherwise I would have had to bring it in at 3/4 throttle. Well, it's a nice looking P 38 but it isn't much fun to fly unless you find the challenge of keeping a brick in the air rewarding.

Love everything about this plane!!! Except I have had 3 crashes, #1 prop nut came off(not reverse threaded), #2 right aileron servo failed (went full up and jammed), #3 Batteries 10% different. These all resulted in an uncontrollable condition and crashes. I hope this will give you a heads up.
