“This morning was the maiden flight of my P-38 and it was everything I hoped for! The first flight was primarily making some very minor trim adjustments with lots of deep breaths to control the adrenaline surge! I set her up according to the manual but needed a tad bit more up elevator. I started with 30% expo but found her too snappy so I increased to 40% for the second flight and that was perfect for me. She definitely likes some rudder in the turns. I'm using Spectrum 3200 mah, 4S batteries and get 7 minute flight times with plenty of juice to spare. I'm charging the batteries up and I'm going back to the field! I highly recommend this plane!Assembly was pretty painless but I really took my time to get everything perfect. Fit and finish is great. My only slightly negative comment is the decals are thin, a bit difficult to apply, and don't stick as well as they should.”

“Assembly was relatively smooth, however the screws are very cheap and can easily snap going into plastic. The wiring is a headache. If the servo wires were 1 inch longer, things would have been much simpler.”

“Many off the problems mentioned in earlier have been addressed,The landing gear is firmly glue in,instructions are good,wing removal is two screws and one plug.Build was no problem.Check the wiring as you go,theres a lot of it.One wing was warped but I was able to straighten it out.It only needed one click of uptrim.Stall is straight and gentle.Flaps and rudders are very effective.Flies like a twin.Slow roll rate, will turn tight with aileron and rudder.Very Happy with this airplane.”
