“This is an update to my earlier review of these strut upgrades for the F7F-3 Tigercat. The Nose strut will require some modification to adjust the trailing link travel in order to set the wheel down and back a bit further that it currently is. “I purchased a set of these to check out and upgrade the stock struts for rough terrain handling and the cushioning effect they offer on those hard landing days we all have ;), These are built very sturdy and are a simple drop in replacement to the stock LG struts. Note: you will loose the semi-scale appearance on the nose gear strut.”
